Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the terms under which HSHMoney Inc. ("HSHMoney," "we," "us," or "our") accepts returns and issues refunds for purchases made through our website and related services (collectively, the "Site").

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition received

• In original packaging with all tags attached

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Final sale or clearance items

• Digital products or downloadable content

• Custom or made-to-order items

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, contact us within the 14-day window at:

Include your order number, item(s) being returned, and reason for return. We will respond with instructions within 3–5 business days.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, initiate a return per Section 4 and place a new order separately.

8. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles, pursuant to 6 Del. C. § 2708. Any disputes arising under this Refund Policy shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the State of Delaware.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
